The Daydream Club membership is an in-office savings plan, not dental insurance. Membership benefits begin immediately. Memberships are annual only, paid in full at enrollment. Discounts apply only to services performed at Daydream Dental. Products, outside lab fees, and referred specialty services are excluded. IV sedation services are excluded. Memberships cannot be combined with dental insurance, promotional pricing, or third-party discount plans. Fees are non-refundable once benefits are used. If you cancel within 30 days of enrollment and no included services or discounts have been used, we will refund the membership fee. Once any benefit has been used, fees are non-refundable.
